YOU CAN!
You have signed up for the challenge. You have set the goal. To achieve, YOU MUST HAVE A PLAN. The next 30 days of your life are going to be busy. Schedule you work outs as if they are doctor's appointments. Mark the 20 times you will go to the gym on your calendar.
First identify the dates and times of the Air Yoga, FitWall, and TRX trainings you will attend. (you should sign up in advance at the front desk to reserve your spot for these classes) Next identify the 2 cycling classes, the 2 classes in the mind/body zone, and the 4 classes in the group X zone you will be attending. Finally, fill in the other 9 open gym visits. You can use these visits to go to more group trainings, classes, or just come in for a workout on the gym floor.
If you have yet to take advantage of your free personal training session that you are entitled to as a member, do it now! The training will count as one of your 20 days.
