What is Fusion Flex??

Before we discuss Fusion Flex...
Did you know the average person gains seven pounds between Thanksgiving and the New Year? Granted most people then lose an average of five pounds shortly thereafter. This is still an increase of 2 pounds in a year. If every year you gain two pounds, you will find yourself 20 pounds heavier in ten years.

This is one of the many reason Canton Club is hosting the 30 Day Challenge during this time period! We want you to stay fit and if nothing else, maintain your weight this holiday season.

What is Fusion Flex?

Fusion Flex is a strength training class. The format of the class is three rounds, each round nine minutes long and composed of three compound moves. Compound moves are those which utilize more than one muscle group at a time.

Example Moves
  • Squats with bicep curls
  • Planks with Rows
  • Overhead tricep extension with a lunge

During the class you will hit every muscle in your body and will also keep your heart rate in the aerobic zone!
