I am so excited to announce we have about 130 people signed up for the challenge. I am very impressed that we have so many members at Canton Club who are committed to seeing results. In 30 days from now, you are going to see a fitter you when you look in the mirror! It won't come easy, but it will happen.

On Thanksgiving Day, the regularly scheduled classes will be cancelled. However, we will have two classes.
  • 9 am Cycling for 75 Min. w/Kristy I.
  • 9 am Hard Core for 90 Min w/ Me

On Friday, we have a lot of classes for you!

  • 530 am, 8 am, and 630 pm cycling
  • 9 am Flex
  • 10 am Butt, Guts, and Cardio (Special Class to help you burn off the extra calories)
  • 530 pm Cardio Flex

On Saturday, normally scheduled classes resume! Plus, there is a new 10 am TRX class : )

  1. Heath you rocked those fit wall walks (or whatever they were called). I thought I was going to fling back and fly right thru the window into the harbor.
